Recently, I’m started to learn Chinese characters. Can someone translate these sentences into Chinese pinyin? I'm very lost.
To maintain proper fitness, I eat healthy food and exercise. I run twice a week. I eat salads, soup, and I drink juice and milk. I eat at other places like McDonalds or Burger King, once a month.

When I put the word 兴高采烈 in an online translator I got xīnggāocǎiliè.
The remainder of your explanation is quite clear, but the first time you wrote xìnggāocǎiliè not xīnggāocǎiliè.
Thanks

This is what he said his address was in Chinese, but I can't write Chinese characters for the life of me, and plus I still wouldn't know how to address the envelope!

I typed "change" into a Chinese character dictionary and there were multiple results. First it listed what seem to be root Chinese words, and it seems to me the major ones are biàn and gǎi.
First, can either of those Chinese words stand alone when used in a sentence, or must they be combined with another word?
Secondly, what are the different contexts/meanings of these combinations:
biàn chéng
biàn de
biàn gé
biàn gēng
biàn huà
gǎi biàn
gǎi zào
While I'm at it, I'd like someone to compare these Chinese words for "improve":
gǎi jìn
gǎi liáng
gǎi shàn

I'm currently in Mandarin 1, and there is a placement test to pass on to Mandarin 3, which is what i want to do, but I’ll need to learn all the Chinese words and vocabulary by the start of September this year. We learn an entire book in two years in which the first part of the book is Mandarin 1 and the second half of the book is Mandarin 2, and I’ll have it during the summer because I bought it, is it possible to learn around 260 Chinese words in the time between right now and September?
