We needed to do a skit (school activity) and choose a language of our liking. I wanted to do Mandarin because my great grandfather was chinese. My mother supposedly spoke mandarin first but sadly my great grandfather passed away and no one was able to teach her anymore. Anyways, I want to learn to learn and understand not only it's language but also it's culture.

Reuniting with my father, who can speak Chinese, Korean, and English has inspired my to learn my other native language. Recently, my father said that I can move to China for 1 to 2 years, in order to learn, but my question is what school do I go to in order to learn Chinese? Is there an Foreigner school which teaches Chinese for people who speak English? Also, how long do you think it will take to learn Chinese? I'm currently 13 years old.
