I need to know how to say "I'm sorry I took you for granted" in Chinese. Me and my boyfriend, who is Taiwanese, speak Japanese as our only common language, but this is one of those rare things that I just can't express to him.
If possible could I please have the answer in Chinese characters? Pinyin would be a nice extra but I can find these out for myself. It needs to be right so please don't use Google translate!
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help :)

When I put the word 兴高采烈 in an online translator I got xīnggāocǎiliè.
The remainder of your explanation is quite clear, but the first time you wrote xìnggāocǎiliè not xīnggāocǎiliè.
Thanks

I'm beginning to learn Chinese. I was born into a Chinese family so I can speak about 2,000 or so words, but I can only read about 300. I speak English to my family so my Chinese is a bit spotty too.
I already have textbooks/learning materials, but are there any books/sources for simple reading that would help me that you would recommend? I'm looking for supplementary reading to help me retain what I teach myself. Traditional Chinese is preferred. Thanks!

My Last camping trip was mostly a fishing trip. I caught a lot of different fish. They were all delicious.
Summer is the best time for catching bugs. If you ever catch one, you have to promise to come show me!
I feel so silly. I accidentally bought two apples!
Not bad right? I've been studying Japanese recently. If you ever want to study with me, just let me know!
(Just translate whatever you can! All answers are appreciated!! ^___^)
