The characters show up whenever I am trying to use the download service called "Namipan." Does that change the context of it's meaning?

I want to find free websites where I can download, or listen to full audio. I found a small 60 second clip (Ocean waves) which is meant to subconsciously teach you Chinese, but I want to find the full versions.

They have no chinese language background

I mean how to pronounce it. And in Mandarin please n-n I want to celebrate this year the chinese new year and I know how to say shin nian cuai le but not to specify that it's the rabbit year. and I know about the fish, the red envelopes, the dragon dance and the happiness traditions but what else could i do to celebrate? how should I dress and should I do something special like a ritual or redecorate my room or pray or something? please you would help me a lot :B I just want to expand my cultural knowledge and practice new things

this is for my own personal education im curious as to how close i am to translating this correctly anyone out there who has the time to translate this it is much appreciated. Alright here it is: I went to Seattle for my holiday because I have family and friends that live there as well as a house. I lived in Seattle before I moved to Bei Jing this is why I frequently visit. I stayed in Seattle for three weeks at my old house. During this time I saw many old friends, snowboarded and family members from australia came and visited. My grandmother and grandfather on my mother side came from sydney to share christmas with us. An aunt and uncle also stayed for a few weeks in our house with us. My eldest sister came with her boyfriend on christmas. Both of them already live America. There are mountains to snowboard on within 30 minutes of my house. My favorite part of my holiday was seeing my old friends. Many of them can drive which made it easy to see a lot of them. Christmas and New Years were also fun with my family.

I have to write a children's story book in history on a chinese dynasty. My options are: Shang, Zhou, Qin, and Han. Does anyone have good ideas? I'm looking for a good plot. Even a basic idea is fine. Thanks :) I had a ton of ideas for the Tang dynasty but my teacher just told our class we only have four dynasty options!

I am going to be taking begining mandarin in the winter and I personally have a difficult time with forgein languages. I am determained to do this, I have a tutor lined up to help me outside of class as well. My over a goal is to study abroad in China in a year or two. Any tips , techniques, excersizes, etc. to aid me in learning this very different language would be much appreciated!

Can I learn on line ? Or books in romanian or hungary language ?
