Armodafinil - a prescription wakefulness-promoter - is used to help people fight off the fatigue that comes with conditions like narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea - or OSA, as its often abbreviated - or problems caused by working shifts at odd hours. Unlike regular stimulants, armodafinil targets the brain's wakefulness pathways in a way that keeps you feeling alert and focused, without that rollercoaster of a high and then the inevitable crash that often comes with stimulants. When it is used properly, it can be a real game-changer - helping grown-ups stay on top of their work and daily life, even when those pesky sleepiness symptoms are holding them back.

I'm learning to speak the basics of Chinese (Mandarin not Cantonese) and am worrying about the writing part. I'm learning the romanised form of spelling as I go along, not the symbols they use. If I wrote in this would it still be understood?
The reason I'm learning this is because I love China and plan on living there or holidaying there later on in life (I'm 18 years of age).

My teacher had me skip ahead a semester, but now I'm having a little trouble understanding some of the grammar in the homework. I would like to know some accurate translations of a couple sentences.
1. 每到週末,學校裏只有圖書館沒人,別的地方人都很多。
2. 新生只有小張還沒辦註冊手續,別的人都辦好了。
I'm supposed to convert those sentences into a 除了...以外...都 construction, which I can do if I understand the sentences correctly. Thank you! ^^

One of my activity books asks to put the words "xingqi ni hui ji guo" in the right order. I don't know if it should be "ni xingqi ji hui guo", or "ni hui guo xingqi ji"? An explanation of your answer would be appreciated. And if you have any good reference websites, I'd be grateful for that too!

Just how do I improve in general (writing, listening and speaking). I learn it at school, but I'm the only native English speaker in my class.
So how do I improve my listening, writing and speaking? My reading is fine. I'm 16 (:
