I am not sure which course i should take because I am interested in both courses. Which course is better? What are their pros and cons for both courses?

What does huijia mean? It is a Chinese philosophy but what is it?

I am going to be taking begining mandarin in the winter and I personally have a difficult time with forgein languages. I am determained to do this, I have a tutor lined up to help me outside of class as well. My over a goal is to study abroad in China in a year or two. Any tips , techniques, excersizes, etc. to aid me in learning this very different language would be much appreciated!

Is it hard to learn Mandarin and will I be able to learn it? I am half Chinese and half White. I am 13 years old and I am taking Mandarin as my language in High School. Lastly, I might be going to Tiawan when I am 16 to learn Mandarin. Will I be able to learn the language and be fluent in it? Because, I heard that it is the hardest language to learn. Additional Details Also what classes should I take and what programs?

As in: 这是我们的老师 Is it a MUST to add it in the above sentence, or can it be said without using the word in question?

I am a high school student right now i am a sophomore I am in french four honors right now in my school I know how to speak English, french, Hindi, Gujarati, Sanskrit, and Latin and i took two years of German but was not able to keep on going i can speak all these languages easily and i am a fast learner but rarely i cant pronounce a word in french rarely They are offering Chinese finally in my school and i was thinking about taking it because i has kinda of been my dream. but when i was ten my friend taught me a Chinese word grandmother and i had difficulty pronouncing it SO WILL IT BE HARD FOR ME TO LEARN CHINESE?!!!

In Buleleng regency there are many school. one of them is my school. my school name is SMANSA. my school is an international school. it is located in Pramuka street number 4. my school is big enough. it has 6 building. there are 18 classroom, 1 library, 1 teacher's room, 1 headmaster's room, 2 meeting room, 1 multimedia room, 1 computer lab, 1 language lab,1 physic lab, 1 biology lab, 1 chemistry lab, 1 mini bank, 1 officer's room, 4 canteens, 13 toilets. my school have 596 students. they are in different grade and major. in second grade they have to choose the major the like. in my school there are 3 major, science, social , and language. . in my school is very comfortable, there are many trees, so the air is cool. the garden is so beautiful. my school also has 2 fishponds. i love my school so much.

I am translating a sentence from mandarn Chinese to American English and I am hoping one of you can help me. The part I am having trouble translating into English is the literal phrase of, "Zhang Mrs. Doctor." Please keep in mind that this is a form of addressing this woman. I would translate it as Dr. Zhang. Should I leave out the "Mrs." or include it somewhere? Thanks. :)
